The posting

JACOPS NV zoekt een Logistieke Databeheerder die een sleutelrol wil opnemen in de verdere uitbouw van onze logistieke systemen en datastromen. In deze functie sta je mee aan de basis van hoe onze warehouses werken, hoe data doorstroomt en hoe we als organisatie blijven groeien in efficiëntie en digitalisering.

  • Je beheert het Cubiscan-proces, zet rapportages op en fungeert als SPOC voor QBIT, LOG-IT en BPM.
  • Je coördineert het mobiel meetstation en zorgt voor correcte datagathering over meerdere sites.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt de WMS-structuur (zones, boxtypes, locatieschema’s) en volgt uitbreidingen, procesfouten, testen en leveranciersescalaties op.
  • Je beheert artikeldata: policies, naamgevingen, retro-actieve opschoning en een correcte datastroom richting purchasing en ERP.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Aankoop rond ontbrekende of foutieve artikels en ondersteunt het consignatiebeheer.
  • Je ondersteunt de digitale voorbereiding van de verhuis naar ons nieuw magazijn, en neemt indien nodig de leiding bij praktische zoneverplaatsingen.
  • Je bouwt mee aan WMS-rapportering, PowerBI-dashboards en procesoptimalisaties voor Logistics & Facility.
  • Je voert zowel pro-actieve als retro-actieve troubleshooting uit en fungeert binnen LogAdmin als radar in het bredere EPR-domein, zodat je inzetbaar bent bij toekomstige overnames of nieuwe gebouwen.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in logistieke processen, WMS-systemen, ERP-parameters en databeheer.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en ziet snel verbanden tussen systemen, flows en procesafhankelijkheden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel als schakel tussen logistiek, purchasing, IT en operationele teams.
  • Je leert snel, werkt gestructureerd en krijgt energie van het verbeteren van processen.
  • Je bent analytisch, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag ownership over jouw domein.
  • Je wil meebouwen aan een organisatie in volle groei, waar digitalisering een steeds grotere rol speelt
