Jobomschrijving

Jouw takenpakket als Logistiek Dossierbeheerder

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van laad- en losactiviteiten van containers en breakbulk
  • Beheren van logistieke dossiers van A tot Z, inclusief administratieve verwerking
  • Verwerken en bevestigen van klantorders in het systeem
  • Opstellen van laad- en losopdrachten en andere operationele documenten
  • Afstemmen met operationele teams, chef-markeerders en planning voor een vlotte uitvoering
  • Opvolgen van planning in functie van lichterplanning, kaai- en scheepsactiviteiten
  • Aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne collega’s bij vragen over dossiers
  • Voorbereiden van facturatie van operaties en opslagkosten
  • Toezien op veiligheid en correcte toepassing van procedures

Jouw profiel als Dossierbeheerder

  • Minimum secundair onderwijs of hoger, bij voorkeur richting Supply Chain Management
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de maritieme of logistieke sector
  • Kennis van kaai- en scheepsactiviteiten
  • Flexibel in werkregime (operationele uren tussen 07u30 en 17u00)
  • Goede kennis van gevarengoed (IMDG)
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, praktische kennis van Engels en Frans
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office en bereid om bedrijfseigen software aan te leren
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en administratief sterk
  • Organisatorisch vaardig, stressbestendig en flexibel in planning en prioriteiten
  • Milieu- en veiligheidsbewust
