Voor Terberg Matec Nederland zoeken wij een gedreven Logistiek & Parts Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor de dagelijkse aansturing én verdere professionalisering van onze logistieke en partsactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze vestigingen in IJsselstein, Geldermalsen en De Kwakel optimaal samenwerken, voorraden op orde zijn en klanten kunnen rekenen op een efficiënte en betrouwbare dienstverlening. Met jouw leiderschap, analytisch vermogen en kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) vertaal je data naar verbeteringen en draag je direct bij aan de groei en ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Logistiek & Parts Manager geef je leiding aan de logistieke en partsafdelingen op drie locaties. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig binnen de organisatie, weet mensen te verbinden en houdt continu de focus op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van logistieke- en partsmedewerkers op de locaties IJsselstein, Geldermalsen en De Kwakel. - Bewaken en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse operatie, waaronder voorraadbeheer, goederenstromen, orderverwerking en distributie. - Verbeteren en standaardiseren van logistieke processen binnen de verschillende vestigingen. - Verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare voorraadadministratie en correcte registratie in Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van werkinstructies, procedures en ...
