Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een netbeheerder met diverse vestigingen in het land. Je werkt binnen Supply Chain Management, vanuit een logistieke omgeving in Hoogeveen. Samen met collega's zorg je ervoor dat materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn voor de uitvoerende organisatie. Je hebt veel contact met verschillende disciplines en niveaus binnen de organisatie. Als Logistiek Engineer ben je betrokken bij uiteenlopende logistieke vraagstukken, procesverbeteringen en verandertrajecten. De aanleiding kan vanuit de werkvloer komen, maar ook vanuit een project, opdrachtgever of ontwikkeling binnen Supply Chain. Jij brengt de impact van veranderingen in kaart, zorgt voor de juiste afstemming en vertaalt plannen naar praktische oplossingen. Daarbij ben je regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden. Je spreekt met collega's, observeert processen en onderzoekt waar knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden liggen. Je zorgt vervolgens dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden ingevoerd én onderdeel worden van de dagelijkse werkwijze. Wat ga je doen?
