Als logistiek expert speel je een sleutelrol in de ondersteuning van onze zorgwerking.

Je stapt in een brede A-Z rol binnen een complexe ziekenhuisomgeving. Vanuit jouw expertise neem je eigenaarschap op over diverse logistieke processen en draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van de logistieke werking.

Je analyseert processen, detecteert verbeterkansen en werkt mee aan efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle en toekomstgerichte oplossingen die de dagelijkse werking van het ziekenhuis ondersteunen.

Met jouw ervaring, kennis en inzicht zorg je voor efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle en toekomstgerichte logistieke processen. Je bent een belangrijke inhoudelijke gesprekspartner voor collega's, teamleiders en het diensthoofd logistiek en levert een actieve bijdrage aan verbeter- en verandertrajecten.

Je werkt in een omgeving waar mensgerichtheid centraal staat en waar je rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan een kwalitatieve zorg voor de patiënt.

Jouw taken:

- Je bouwt actief mee aan de verdere uitwerking van de logistieke dienst, in lijn met de missie, visie en waarden van het ziekenhuis. - Je neemt een end-to-end rol op binnen de logistieke werking: van borging van goederen tot een vlotte en correcte belevering van de interne klant. - Je treedt op als adviespartner voor het diensthoofd logistiek en formuleert onderbouwde voorstellen rond processen, organisatie en efficiëntiewinsten. - Je helpt bij het opzetten en verder ontwikkelen van het Warehouse Management Systeem (WMS) en vertaalt logistieke noden naar efficiënte digitale processen. - Je analyseert en optimaliseert logistieke flows rond o.a. magazijnbeheer, goederenontvangst, retourstromen, masterdata, arbeidskledij, linnenbeheer, interne transporten en logistieke dienstverlening. - Je werkt procedures en werkinstructies uit en verbetert ze continu om de dagelijkse werking efficiënter en kwaliteitsvoller te maken. - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert KPI's en gebruikt data-analyse om gerichte verbeteracties te realiseren. - Je werkt nauw samen met teamleiders en medewerkers van verschillende diensten.

- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau (logistiek, supply chain of transport). - Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen logistieke processen en een duidelijke passie voor logistiek en procesoptimalisatie en werkt graag projectmatig. - Kennis SAP is een must (magazijn, MRP en masterdata); kennis van Fiori is mooi meegenomen. - Administratief werk gaat je vlot af en je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Office en Power BI. - Data en cijfers vormen de basis van je beslissingen: je analyseert, interpreteert en vertaalt inzichten naar duurzame verbeteringen. - Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt initiatief, denkt kritisch en weet prioriteiten te stellen binnen een complexe logistieke omgeving. - Je bent een sterke communicator die vlot schakelt met verschillende stakeholders en vanuit expertise advies durft geven. - Je bent oplossingsgericht, leergierig en gaat proactief op zoek naar verbeterkansen. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}
