The posting

Onze klant uit Kortrijk is een bedrijf die zich bezighoudt met handel, verpakking en distributie van verse en diepgevroren landbouwproducten, zoals aardappelen, groenten en fruit. Het levert deze producten aan retail, horeca, foodservice en groothandel, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Daarnaast zijn ze ook mandaathouder van verschillende productiesites.

Jobomschrijving

Voor de functie van logistiek & export coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volgende:

  • Het opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van de productieplanning op basis van bestellingen, capaciteit en levertermijnen;
  • Het organiseren van containerboekingen en transporten in samenwerking met rederijen, expediteurs en andere logistieke partners;
  • Het bewaken van planningen en deadlines, zodat goederen tijdig klaarstaan voor verzending;
  • Het voorbereiden, controleren en opvolgen van export- en transportdocumenten voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling;
  • Het coördineren van de samenwerking tussen productie, magazijn, transport en export om een vlotte goederenstroom te garanderen;
  • Het opvolgen van containerzendingen van vertrek tot aankomst en het tijdig signaleren van eventuele afwijkingen;
  • Het proactief oplossen van vertragingen, wijzigingen of andere operationele uitdagingen om de continuïteit van het proces te waarborgen;
  • Het onderhouden van een heldere en professionele communicatie met collega's, klanten en externe partners.

Ben jij de logistiek & export coördinator naar waar wij op zoek gaan?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk en nauwkeurig en volgt je dossiers van A tot Z op;
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer er zich een probleem voordoet;
  • Je bent sterk in planning, organisatie en opvolging en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere dossiers;
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig en kunt snel schakelen bij wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties;
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel met collega's, klanten en externe partners;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met logistiek en productie. Ervaring met export, containertransport of internationale logistiek is een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van deze drie talen is belangrijk voor een vlotte samenwerking met klanten en partners.
