Voor onze logistieke klant, gelegen te Beveren, zijn we op zoek naar een Logistiek & Facility Support medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratie, logistieke opvolging, facilitybeheer en operationele ondersteuning.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je volgt de dagelijkse logistieke flow en het voorraadbeheer mee op en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief correct verwerkt wordt.
  • Je houdt overzicht over inkomend en uitgaand materiaal en coördineert herstellingen wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor praktische zaken binnen het gebouw en volgt onderhouds- en herstellingswerken op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van facturatie door operationele kosten te verzamelen en verwerken.
  • Je waakt mee over een correcte afvalverwerking en ondersteunt collega's bij praktische vragen.
  • Je springt bij in transportplanning en -administratie bij afwezigheid van collega's.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot blijft verlopen.

Wij zoeken geen specialist die alles al kent, maar wel iemand die graag leert en initiatief neemt. Als Logistiek & Facility Support Medewerker kan je je herkennen in onderstaande zaken:

  • Je houdt van een gevarieerde job met veel verschillende contacten.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet meerdere taken tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen prioriteiten en blijft rustig wanneer er onverwachte zaken op je afkomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor structuur.
  • Je bent sociaal en helpt collega's graag verder.
  • Je bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer en zit niet de hele dag achter een bureau.
  • Interesse in logistiek, transport of supply chain is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek of administratie is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een brede interesse komen zeker in aanmerking.
