Een mecanicien die een onderdeel nodig heeft, kan niet blijven wachten. Een klant die een besteld stuk komt ophalen, verwacht correcte informatie. Daarom ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen magazijn, werkplaats, receptie en klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen beschikbaar zijn, correct geregistreerd worden en op de juiste plaats terechtkomen.

Jobomschrijving

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Goederen ontvangen en controleren op kwaliteit en aantallen
  • Onderdelen opzoeken voor interne en externe verkoop
  • Wisselstukken correct in- en uitschrijven op werkorders
  • Onderdelen bezorgen aan de mecaniciens
  • Klanten ontvangen aan de toonbank
  • Telefonisch klanten verder helpen
  • Verkoop van wisselstukken aan de toonbank
  • Bestellingen en afhalingen opvolgen
  • Backorders opvolgen en klanten informeren
  • Onderdelen identificeren, labelen en correct stockeren
  • Stocktellingen en voorraadcontroles uitvoeren
  • Bestelbonnen en PSD's opmaken en opvolgen
  • Beschikbaarheid van onderdelen opvolgen en communiceren met de receptie
  • Schroot en ruilonderdelen correct verwerken
  • Het magazijn netjes, ordelijk en veilig houden
  • Afwijkingen en problemen rapporteren aan de magazijnverantwoordelijke

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring in logistiek of magazijnwerk
  • Ervaring met wisselstukken is een sterke troef
  • Je hebt technische feeling en interesse in onderdelen en mechanica
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je hebt een goed werktempo
  • Je bent stipt en betrouwbaar
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en professioneel aan de toonbank en telefoon
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een pc
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een goede collega
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands
  • Je hebt respect voor veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsregels
