In deze functie kom je te werken in het magazijn en bij de expeditie van Ulamo Coating. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de voorraad van het magazijn, opslaan en uitgifte van grondstoffen en het verwerken van administratieve handelingen t.b.v. inkoop en productie. Daarnaast verricht je expeditie werkzaamheden, zoals het laden en lossen van de in- en uitgaande goederen. Op een werkdag komen er veel verschillende werkzaamheden voorbij, veel diversiteit dus! Vind jij het leuk om een baan te hebben met afwisseling tussen fysiek magazijnwerk, administratieve en logistieke werkzaamheden? Dan nodigen we je graag uit voor een kennismaking! Je belangrijkste taken bestaan uit: - Controleren van inkomende goederen op aantallen en kwaliteit; - Het bestellen van goederen; - Het uitzetten van magazijnmaterialen voor productie; - Het controleren en verzorgen van een kloppende voorraad; - Mail en telefonisch contact met collega's; - Laden/lossen van in- en uitgaande goederen; - Verpakken van de te verzenden producten. Wat wij van jou verwachten om deze functie met plezier uit te oefenen: - Dat je een mbo opleiding niveau 3/4 afgerond hebt; Bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting. - Dat je kennis hebt van MS Office; Zoals Word, Excel, Outlook. - Dat je van aanpakken houdt; Mouwen opstropen en aan de slag, dat is de werkwijze die Ulamo goed omschrijft. - Dat je een geldig heftruckcertificaat in je bezit hebt; Veilig werken met de heftruck staat voorop. - Dat je flexibel bent en goed kunt samenwerken; Samen moeten we de klus klaren! - Dat je de Nederlandse (en ook redelijk de Duitse) taal kunt spreken; Om de vrachtwagenchauffeurs goed te woord te kunnen staan.
