Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een vooraanstaande speler in de commerciële luchtvaartsector in de regio Amsterdam. Binnen deze continue 24/7 operatie staan veiligheid, snelheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid centraal. Het logistieke magazijn in de hangar vervult een absolute sleutelrol: hier komen essentiële onderdelen binnen die de vloot veilig in de lucht houden. De cultuur is no-nonsense, pragmatisch en gericht op samenwerking met een gezonde dosis humor. Functieomschrijving Als Logistiek Manager stap je in voor een periode van minimaal een jaar. Je werkt in dagdienst en bent operationeel verantwoordelijk voor het magazijn (26 medewerkers). Binnen de totale operatie werken logistieke teams in een 3-ploegendienst. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: • Waarborgen van de dagelijkse continuïteit en het effectief aansturen van de magazijnoperatie in dagdienst. • Stroomlijnen en herstructureren van logistieke processen en het verhogen van de netheid volgens 5S-normen. • Begeleiden van de magazijnverhuizing naar een aanpalende locatie binnen het hangarcomplex. • Aansturen en begeleiden van de implementatie van een nieuw supply chain systeem. • Vertegenwoordigen van de afdeling Logistiek in het MT en onderhouden van nauwe contacten met de ploegendiensten.
