Nederlands AG Logistics zoekt een daadkrachtige Logistiek Manager die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de operationele prestaties van onze warehouses, waaronder Ede en Oosterhout. Je stuurt de teamleiders aan, bewaakt de resultaten en zorgt voor efficiënte processen en een sterke samenwerking tussen de locaties. Wat ga je doen? Als Logistiek Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van meerdere warehouselocaties. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt de teamleiders aan en zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking tussen de verschillende locaties. - Operationele verantwoordelijkheid: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van de warehouses en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, productiviteit en efficiëntie van de logistieke processen. - Aansturen van teamleiders: je geeft leiding aan de teamleiders van de verschillende warehouses, stelt duidelijke verwachtingen en ondersteunt hen bij het realiseren van hun doelstellingen. - Coachen en ontwikkelen: je begeleidt teamleiders in hun leiderschapsrol, stimuleert eigenaarschap en zorgt ervoor dat zij hun teams effectief kunnen aansturen. - Sturen op resultaten: je monitort KPI's en operationele prestaties, analyseert afwijkingen en neemt waar nodig maatregelen om resultaten te verbeteren. - Klantrelaties onderhouden: je onderhoudt contact met belangrijke klanten, bewaakt gemaakte afspraken en zorgt ervoor dat de dienstverlening aansluit bij de verwachtingen van de klant.. - Processen verbeteren: je signaleert knelpunten en initieert verbeteringen om werkprocessen efficiënter, effectiever en waar mogelijk uniformer te maken. - Samenwerking tussen locaties: je zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen de warehouses, deelt kennis en best practices en stimuleert een gezamenlijke manier van werken. - Planning en capaciteit bewaken: je houdt zicht op de personele en operationele capaciteit en zorgt ervoor dat deze aansluit bij de werkzaamheden en klantbehoeften. -...
