Een logistieke operatie van formaat, die vraagt om een sterke leider met visie, overzicht en daadkracht. Ben jij een ervaren logistiek manager die mensen weet te verbinden, processen continu verbetert en graag bouwt aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Logistiek Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de logistieke operatie binnen ons distributiecentrum van ruim 40.000 m². Je geeft leiding aan vier logistieke teamleiders en de technisch & facilitair coördinator en zorgt samen met jouw teams voor een efficiënte, veilige en optimale goederenstroom van ontvangst tot levering. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van onze logistieke organisatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het coachen, ontwikkelen en aansturen van vier logistieke teams en de technische & facilitaire afdeling binnen het distributiecentrum; - Het waarborgen van een efficiënte en betrouwbare goederenstroom voor onze winkels en webshop; - Het analyseren van KPI's en operationele resultaten en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen; - Het opstellen en realiseren van jaarplannen, budgetten en verbeterinitiatieven; - Het optimaliseren van logistieke processen, systemen en werkwijzen; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, productiviteit, veiligheid en kostenbeheersing; - Het aansturen van leveranciers, vervoerders en externe partners; - Het initiëren en begeleiden van projecten op het gebied van procesverbetering, automatisering en innovatie; - Het actief samenwerken met interne stakeholders zoals Supply Chain, Inkoop en Omnichannel om de gehele keten continu te verbeteren en...
