Dat is de ambitie van Cotap. Het familiebedrijf bestaat inmiddels 85 jaar en is in drie generaties uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende distributeur van onder andere pvc, laminaat, parket, vinyl, karpetten, vloertoebehoren en wanddecoratie. Als groeiend familiebedrijf is Cotap volop in beweging. De ambities zijn groot en ook op logistiek vlak heeft Cotap de afgelopen jaren belangrijke stappen gezet. De logistieke activiteiten zijn gecentraliseerd op bedrijventerrein Hessenpoort in Zwolle, waar Cotap beschikt over circa 49.000 m² opslag- en distributiecapaciteit waar vandaag de dag ongeveer 95% van de logistieke en transportactiviteiten plaats vindt. Het transport is volledig in eigen beheer en Cotap investeert volop in automatisering, mechanisering en verduurzaming. Daarmee staat er een stevig fundament én ligt er een mooie uitdaging voor de toekomst. Met een nieuwe organisatiestructuur en een nieuwe Logistiek Manager wil Cotap de groei en ambities verder vormgeven: Processen optimaliseren, de logistieke organisatie verder professionaliseren en (samen) bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige operatie. Een belangrijke volgende stap daarin is de geplande nieuwbouw van een geautomatiseerd magazijn in 2027/2028. Voor Cotap is Objeqtive Recruitment exclusief op zoek naar een Logistiek Manager Als Logistiek Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de logistieke operatie vanaf inbound tot en met het transport naar de klant alsook de facilitaire zaken die daarbij komen kijken.
