Dit is hoe je dat gaat doen: In deze functie speelt teamaansturing een hele belangrijke rol en ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de twee teamleiders binnen het team. Jij deelt graag jouw kennis met hen en gezamenlijk zorgen jullie ervoor dat het hele team goed functioneert. Door jouw ervaring ondersteun je de teamleiders bij problemen waar zij tegen aan lopen. Jij vindt het leuk om het gehele logistieke proces onder de loep te nemen en te verbeteren waar nodig. Dit betekent dat jij zowel voor als achter de schermen te vinden bent en schakelt met andere afdelingen. Jij zorgt voor structuur en zo is onder andere voorraadmanagement een belangrijke taak binnen jouw functie. Zodra de nieuwe vracht geleverd wordt, stuur jij erop dat dit op de juiste plek komt en iedereen duidelijk weet wat zijn/haar taak is.
