Ben jij de daadkrachtige leidinggevende die de logistieke keten gestroomlijnd en efficiënt laat draaien? In de rol van Logistiek Manager in Utrecht krijg je het voortouw over de dagelijkse operatie op onze locatie. Je versterkt het team van GLS, een internationale pakketdienst die met het ThinkResponsible-programma maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen combineert met topkwaliteit dienstverlening. Jouw takenpakket als Logistiek Manager: In deze functie bewaak je continu de capaciteit, de voortgang van het sorteerproces en de inzet van jouw personeel. Als Logistiek Manager zorg je ervoor dat de werkwijzen strak, veilig en binnen de gestelde deadlines worden uitgevoerd. Je vormt het aanspreekpunt voor afdelingshoofden, planners, chauffeurs en externe leveranciers. Je rapporteert direct aan het hoger management en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de operationele overleggen. Rooster en ploegendienst: De logistieke keten van GLS staat nooit stil. Je werkt in een dynamisch ploegenrooster met wisselende dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten. Aangezien de nachtelijke verwerking cruciaal is voor ons netwerk, ben je gemiddeld 4 van de 5 weken in de nacht actief. Dit vraagt om een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en maximale flexibiliteit.
