Vacature in Enschede | 40 uur | Vanaf €4.500,- bruto per maand | Dagdienst (ma-vrij) Voor een distributiecentrum in Enschede zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek Manager. Het betreft een verantwoordelijke functie binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving, waarbij je direct in dienst treedt bij de opdrachtgever. Ben jij een daadkrachtige leider met overzicht en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel? Sta je graag midden in de operatie en weet je een team effectief aan te sturen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Hoofd Logistieke Operatie ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het distributiecentrum. Vanuit deze locatie worden zowel food- als non-foodproducten opgeslagen en verzendklaar gemaakt voor groothandels in Nederland en andere Europese landen. Je geeft leiding aan voormannen en magazijnmedewerkers en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie. Je bewaakt processen, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt voor een efficiënte en veilige werkomgeving. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse operatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Leidinggeven aan de volledige magazijnoperatie; - Aansturen en coachen van voormannen en medewerkers; - Opstellen en bewaken van personeelsplanning en taakverdeling; - Voeren van sollicitatie-, functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken; - Optimaliseren van logistieke processen en werkmethodes; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit; - Signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten. Wie ben jij? Wij zoeken een natuurlijke leider met organisatorisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit. Logistieke ervaring is een pré, maar jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten zijn doorslaggevend.
