Ben jij een ervaren logistiek leidinggevende die energie haalt uit het organiseren, coachen en verbeteren van operationele processen? Voor een distributiesite in Roeselare zoeken we een Nightshift Logistiek Manager die de nachtactiviteiten in goede banen leidt en actief meebouwt aan de verdere uitbouw van innovatieve logistieke dienstverlening. In deze rol combineer je operationeel leiderschap met procesoptimalisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met je team, collega-managers en externe partners om ervoor te zorgen dat alle leveringen correct, efficiënt en tijdig vertrekken.

  • Je geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan 3 direct reports en bent indirect verantwoordelijk voor een team van 12 medewerkers.
  • Je zorgt voor coaching, begeleiding, opleiding en motivatie.
  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse werking en zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling binnen het team.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en operationele doelstellingen zodat alle leveringen tijdig vertrekken.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in de implementatie en verdere optimalisatie van nachtelijke logistieke activiteiten.
  • Je analyseert KPI’s, identificeert verbeterkansen en werkt mee aan efficiëntere logistieke processen.
  • Je onderzoekt operationele problemen en formuleert structurele oplossingen om de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging en rapportering van de nachtactiviteiten.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, welzijn op het werk en de correcte toepassing van procedures.
  • Je onderhoudt constructieve contacten met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je combineert administratief werk met aanwezigheid op de werkvloer (ongeveer 60% administratie en 40% operationele ondersteuning).
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, distributie of een operationele omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van Engels is een extra troef.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel. Kennis van SAP is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en analytisch inzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een positieve en motiverende werksfeer.
  • Je bent flexibel en voelt je comfortabel binnen een nachtregime.
