Bij Hamiplant blijf je tijdens je werk in beweging, werk je samen met zo'n 150 collega's binnen het logistieke team én zorg je ervoor dat duizenden planten iedere dag op tijd de deur uitgaan. Hard werken en gezelligheid gaan daarbij hand in hand. Logistiek Medewerker Wat ga je doen als Logistiek Medewerker? - Je werkdag begint meestal rond 8.00 uur, al stem je de precieze starttijd vooraf af met je teamleider. Op maandag werk je mee aan het opbouwen van actiekarren. Er staat een voorbeeld klaar en samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat iedere kar precies hetzelfde wordt opgebouwd. - Van dinsdag tot en met vrijdag sorteer je planten voor klanten door heel Europa. Collega's brengen de karren naar jouw pad en aan de hand van stickers en orderinformatie zorg jij ervoor dat iedere plant op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Je vult de karren zo efficiënt mogelijk, zodat alle orders stevig en verzendklaar zijn. - Gedurende de dag werk je samen met je collega's de ene order na de andere af. Doordat je veel loopt, tilt en verplaatst, heb je aan het einde van de dag ongemerkt ook nog een goede workout achter de rug. Daarna controleer je of alle orders compleet zijn, maak je de laatste karren verzendklaar en ruim je de werkplek op. - Hoe laat je naar huis gaat? Dat verschilt. In drukke periodes werk je samen door totdat de laatste order klaarstaat voor verzending. Is het rustiger, dan kan het juist voorkomen dat je eerder klaar bent. "Je bent de hele dag lekker bezig.
