Functieomschrijving Als logistiek medewerker bij GXO in het distributiecentrum van IKEA in Oosterhout verdien je direct een startsalaris van €17,27 bruto per uur, met ploegentoeslag tot €22,70. In deze functie als logistiek medewerker ben jij de spil in het logistieke proces. Je werkt in Oosterhout, centraal gelegen in de regio van Breda, Etten-Leur, Tilburg, Roosendaal en Dordrecht. Je gaat als logistiek medewerker aan de slag met het inpakken, controleren en verzendklaar maken van orders. Je gebruikt een EPT en handscanner om producten te verzamelen, controleert de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles netjes en veilig verpakt wordt. Als logistiek medewerker werk je samen met je team om bestellingen op tijd te verzenden. Je houdt je werkplek netjes en zorgt voor een veilige omgeving. Elke dag is afwisselend: de ene dag ben je vooral bezig met orders picken, de andere dag sta je aan het inpakstation. Jij zorgt er als logistiek medewerker voor dat klanten hun IKEA-bestellingen compleet en op tijd ontvangen. Dankzij jouw inzet heeft iedereen snel zijn favoriete IKEA-producten in huis. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst, wat betekent dat je soms vroeg, laat of in de nacht werkt. Hierdoor heb je veel afwisseling en flexibiliteit in je werkweek.
