Service Centre Maastricht maakt deel uit van Tata Steel, een internationale speler in de staalindustrie en een van de meest toonaangevende producenten van hoogwaardige staaloplossingen. In Maastricht richt het servicecentrum zich op het verwerken, opslaan en distribueren van staalproducten voor diverse sectoren, waaronder automotive, bouw en industrie. Je werkt dus niet zomaar in de logistiek, maar in een omgeving waar precisie, kwaliteit en veiligheid essentieel zijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het logistieke proces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat materialen veilig, efficiënt en correct worden verwerkt en vervoerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens
  • Verplaatsen en opslaan van staalproducten met bovenloopkranen
  • Zorgvuldig samenstellen van vrachten
  • Administratieve verwerking van logistieke handelingen in SAP
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving

Je werkt in een technische omgeving waarin nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan. Ervaring is belangrijk, maar jouw houding en vakmanschap maken het verschil.

Wij zoeken iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en veiligheid altijd op nummer één zet:

  • Minimaal MBO niveau 2 (logistiek) of relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring met bovenloopkranen en in bezit van certificaat veilig hijsen
  • Bekend met SAP en Windows-systemen
  • Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en veiligheidsbewust
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
