Je bent gedreven, planning is helemaal jouw ding en je hebt een hart voor klantencontact? Dan ben jij de dispatcher die wij zoeken!

Als dispatcher zal je tewerkgesteld worden op de site in Izegem. Bij de opstart krijg je een uitgebreide opleiding van jouw collega's.

Planning en organisatie:

• je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de uitvoering van de routes van de chauffeurs (afdelingen afzet, rol en uitzet)

• je stuurt de planning bij doorheen de dag en neemt contact op met klanten en chauffeurs wanneer nodig

• je lost problemen op samen met de ploegbaas

• je zorgt voor een goede planning en de samenstelling van de teams

• je legt de nodige documenten klaar voor de chauffeurs

People-management

• je bewaakt dat de veiligheidsregels worden gevolgd en stuurt bij wanneer nodig

• je volgt de werking van chauffeurs en laders dagelijks op

• je coacht en begeleidt de ploegbaas en de chauffeurs

• je bent hun aanspreekpunt en houdt feedbackgesprekken

• je staat in voor het goedkeuren van verloven, aanwerven en opstarten van nieuwe chauffeurs, het organiseren van medische onderzoeken en het beheer van de kasten in de kleedkamer

• je organiseert en presenteert chauffeursvergaderingen

• je controleert de chauffeurs, hun werking en materialen.

Administratie

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afsluiten van de dag: je zoekt de nodige bonnen op, staat in voor het klassement, je gaat na of de boordcomputer op een goede manier wordt gebruikt door de chauffeur gedurende de dag etc.

• Je bekijkt en interpreteert de nodige rapporten om iedereen op te kunnen opvolgen (verloven, meeruren, ADV, ...)

• Je volgt de ingegeven prestaties van de chauffeurs en laders op.

• Je staat in voor de algemene logistieke administratie: aanmaken TCF’s, inplannen keuringen, invullen docman, incidenten rapporten maken, stockbeheer, risicomeldingen en schadedossiers

Werkregime

Je werkt telkens van maandag tot en met vrijdag in wisselende dagshifts van:

• 6.00 tot 14.30 uur

• 9.30 tot 18.00 uur

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

De ideale kandidaat beschikt over:

• een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• goede kennis van het Nederlands. Een woordje Engels en Frans zijn mooi meegenomen

• organisatorische oplossingsgerichte talenten

• sterke communicatieskills en stressbestendigheid

• een kostenbewuste manier van denken

• ervaring met MS Office, kennis van SAP is een plus
