Als logistiek medewerker maak je deel uit van het commerciële team en ben je de spil tussen productie, transport en klant. Je zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt, van bestelling tot levering, en draagt bij aan onze reputatie van kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid.

JOUW KERNTAKEN

Kerntaak 1: Planning van leveringen naar werven

  • Dagelijks opvolgen van bestellingen voor levering via mail en telefoon.
  • Administratieve verwerking van orders en opmaak van leverbonnen.
  • Volledige planning en coördinatie van onze vrachtwagens die dagelijks voor Alkern rijden in vaste onderaanneming.
  • Dagelijks schakelen bij last-minute wijzigingen, afroeporders en ad-hoc leveringsaanvragen.
  • Afstemmen met externe transporteurs wanneer extra capaciteit nodig is.

Kerntaak 2: Onthaal

  • Onthaal van chauffeurs, klanten en bezoekers op de site.
  • Beantwoorden van binnenkomende telefoons gerelateerd aan logistieke zaken.
  • Opmaken en aftekenen van afhaalbonnen bij afhaling door klanten.

Kerntaak 3: Bestellen van grondstoffen en handelsgoederen

  • Aansturen van externe onderaannemers die de aanvoer van grondstoffen verzorgen.
  • In samenwerking met de koerverantwoordelijken ervoor zorgen dat externe handelsgoederen tijdig besteld en geleverd worden.
  • Zoeken en aansturen van transporteurs voor interne leveringen tussen de sites in België en Frankrijk.
  • Opvolgen dat interne handelsgoederen tijdig afgehaald worden op andere sites.

Kerntaak 4: Opvolging en coaching van chauffeurs

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de chauffeurs die vast werken in onderaanneming.
  • Regelmatig gesprekken voeren, verbeterpunten detecteren en zorgen voor de nodige coaching.
  • Controleren van prestaties en opvolgen van de betalingen en facturatie.
  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting.
  • Gezien klantencontact in deze job centraal staat, ben jij iemand die vlot en foutloos communiceert in het Nederlands, goede kennis Frans is een troef maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent stipt, nauwkeurig en ordelijk, het administratieve luik van deze job schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je werkt graag in een klein en hecht team waarbij collega’s elkaar helpen en bijspringen waar nodig.
