Als fulltime logistiek medewerker met coördinerende taken ben je de verbindende factor tussen het team en de leiding. Je werkt actief mee in het proces en zorgt tegelijkertijd voor structuur, duidelijkheid en een goede samenwerking. Of het nu druk is of juist even tegenzit: jij houdt het hoofd koel en zorgt dat het werk doorgaat. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen en ondersteunen van sorteermedewerkers - Coördineren van laad-, los- en sorteerwerkzaamheden - Signaleren van knelpunten en hierover schakelen met de teamleider - Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsregels en kwaliteitsnormen Je komt terecht in een betrokken en nuchter team waar samenwerking centraal staat.
