En durf je collega's aan te spreken en mee te nemen in het werk? Dan hebben wij dé baan voor jou! Als Logistiek Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Dankzij jou staan materialen op de juiste plek en kan de productie zonder vertraging door. Jij bent onmisbaar in het proces én ondersteunt collega's waar nodig. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Laden en lossen met o.a. een 8-tons heftruck, Terberg, trailer en Bobcat - Bedienen van machines, zoals een bunkerkraan - Verplaatsen en opslaan van materialen en producten - Controleren van aantallen, kwaliteit en locaties - Signaleren van afwijkingen en direct schakelen - Voorraad bijhouden en zorgen voor een overzichtelijk terrein - Orders klaarzetten en vrachtwagens laden Jij houdt het overzicht en neemt het voortouw wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt netjes en veilig en spreekt collega's op een respectvolle manier aan om samen het werk goed uit te voeren. Deze functie is op basis van een 2-ploegendienst, je werktijden zijn van: 06:00 uur tot 14:45 uur en 13:30 uur tot 22:00 uur. Wat wij jou bieden Op basis van een 2-ploegendienst kun jij rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen de €2.720 en €3.267 bruto per maand (excl. toeslagen); - Ploegentoeslag van 107,6% in de ochtend en 115,1% in de avond; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf; - Kans op een vast contract; - Een zomer BBQ en kerstborrel; - Een vaste contactpersoon vanuit Actief Werkt.
