Bij Interchemie in Venray maken we diergeneesmiddelen die naar meer dan 100 landen gaan. Je werkt met een reachtruck, heftruck of EPT, met palletlijsten, en met je eigen ogen als belangrijkste instrument. Precisie is hier geen bijzaak, het is het vak. Je nieuwe uitdaging Je lost containers en vrachtwagens, zet pallets klaar voor export, verplaatst vrijgegeven batches tussen Hal 1 en Hal 2 en pakt om waar dat nodig is. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag pak je een container uit China uit, de andere dag puzzel je hoe een vrachtwagen voor Irak om 16.00 uur toch echt de deur uitgaat, en het is dan al 14.00 uur. Werken in een pharma-magazijn is anders dan in een gewoon DC. Je leert werken volgens strenge regels voor ontvangst, opslag en verzending van goederen, denk aan GDP en het apart opslaan van specifieke stoffen volgens PGS 15. Dat leer je niet uit een boekje, maar van Remco en je collega's op de vloer. Wat je hier opbouwt, neem je je hele carrière mee. We werken in dagdienst van 8.00 tot 17.00 uur. Eventueel komt hier in de toekomst een avonddienst bij. Je werkt onder Remco, die hier al 16 jaar zit en ooit zelf als productiemedewerker begon. Hij kent het magazijn van binnen en buiten en pakt op drukke dagen gewoon zelf mee aan. Zijn stijl is duidelijk, je doet het samen. Je krijgt eigen verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om die te pakken.
