Bij dit familiaal bedrijf in Bonheiden krijg je de kans om een cruciale rol te spelen in hun dagelijkse operaties. Je komt terecht in een hechte sfeer waar jouw inzet direct zichtbaar resultaat oplevert. Je beheert het magazijn, zorgt voor de nauwkeurige controle van leveringen, doet de administratieve opvolging en bent verantwoordelijk voor het transport. Je hebt veel vrijheid om je taken in te vullen en de mogelijkheid om, indien gewenst, jouw talenten te verbreden naar de verkoop. Dit is de plek waar jouw organisatietalent en fysieke inzet samenkomen!

Het gaat hier over een tijdelijke job tot en met december 2027.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Rijbewijs B: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B voor het uitvoeren van leveringen.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt en begrijpt heel goed Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis Frans.
  • Fysieke Capaciteit: Je bent bereid om zwaarder werk te verrichten.
  • Proactieve Houding: Je ziet werk op rustigere momenten en neemt initiatief om het magazijn en de toonzaal netjes te houden.
  • Nauwkeurigheid: Je werkt accuraat bij het controleren van documenten, het opmaken van verzendnotas en het inplannen van leveringen.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je staat open voor klantcontact en verkoop in de winkel tijdens rustige momenten.

Als Logistiek Medewerker sta je in voor:

  • Inkomende Goederen: Controleren van leveringen (bestelbon vergelijken met het geleverde product).
  • Magazijnbeheer: Organiseren en opruimen van het magazijn om de efficientie te waarborgen.
  • Orderpicking & Verpakking: Goederen klaar maken voor verzending en ze correct terug inpakken.
  • Transport & Levering: Opstellen van de planning van leveringen en het ophalen en uitleveren van goederen bij klanten.
  • Administratie: Nauwkeurig opvolgen van alle logistieke documenten en het opmaken van verzendnota's.
  • Onderhoud: Het netjes houden van de toonzaal en werkruimtes tijdens kalmere periode
