Uren: 32-38u per week Jouw impact Bij Kersten Hulpmiddelen draait het om mensen. Als Logistiek Medewerker Advies (Bezorger) ben jij het gezicht van Kersten bij de cliënt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat hulpmiddelen op tijd, correct en met persoonlijke aandacht worden geleverd en geïnstalleerd. Met jouw servicegerichte houding maak jij het verschil bij mensen thuis. Wat ga je doen? In deze afwisselende functie combineer je logistiek werk met persoonlijk contact. - Je laadt jouw bus met de juiste hulpmiddelen voor die dag - Je vervoert hulpmiddelen naar zorginstellingen en monteert of demonteert deze op locatie - Je stelt hulpmiddelen af in overleg met de zorgprofessionals - Je geeft duidelijke uitleg over het gebruik en beantwoordt vragen - Je verzorgt de administratie zodat uitgifte correct wordt geregistreerd - Je haalt hulpmiddelen op bij zorginstellingen en controleert de staat ervan - Je rapporteert eventuele gebreken en verwerkt de inname zorgvuldig Wat breng jij mee? - MBO‑werk‑ en denkniveau - Een servicegerichte en hulpvaardige instelling - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - Je blijft rustig en vriendelijk in onverwachte of hectische situaties - Je schakelt snel en werkt effectief, ook onder tijdsdruk - Je staat open voor feedback en past je makkelijk aan veranderingen aan - Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B en kunt met een bakwagen rijden - Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt je goed verplaatsen in de cliënt Werken bij Kersten Bij Kersten vinden we het belangrijk dat...
