Als logistiek medewerker ben je de spil in onze logistieke processen. Je zorgt dat materialen op tijd binnenkomen, verwerkt worden en hun weg vinden naar de juiste werkplekken of klanten. Van ontvangst tot verzending: jij houdt het hoofd koel, zelfs als het even hectisch is. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's op de vloer en schakelt snel met productie en werkvoorbereiding. Je signaleert knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en pakt door. Jij bent niet iemand die stilzit. Jij bent iemand die regelt, tilt, telt, checkt, plant en communiceert. En dat doe je met energie en oog voor kwaliteit. Dit ga je doen Je begint de dag met het ontvangen en controleren van binnenkomende goederen. Daarna verdeel je materialen richting de werkplaatsen, zodat collega's aan de slag kunnen. Je houdt de voorraad op orde, telt regelmatig na en signaleert wat beter kan. Ondertussen bereid je zendingen voor naar binnen- en buitenland en zorg je dat de juiste documenten worden meegestuurd. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt het overzicht en denkt actief mee over hoe we ons logistieke proces nóg slimmer kunnen organiseren.
