Als Inside Sales Representative ondersteun je het sales team, werk je offertes uit en onderhoud je klantrelaties. Sluit je aan bij een informeel, hecht team in de logistieke sector en ontwikkel jezelf verder! Over de functie Als Inside Sales Representative ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële en bestaande klanten. Je verwerkt prijsaanvragen, stelt offertes en tarieven op en ondersteunt de Sales Managers bij hun commerciële werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantvragen snel worden opgepakt en dat de administratieve en commerciële processen goed verlopen. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en prospects via telefoon en e-mail. Daarnaast ben je actief bezig met het benaderen van nieuwe klanten, het onderhouden van bestaande relaties en het signaleren van commerciële kansen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en ondersteunt bij het binnenhalen en implementeren van nieuwe klanten.
