Als uitgiftemedewerker in Deventer zorg jij ervoor dat er 24/7 bloedproducten tijdig en correct worden verzonden. Over het werk Als uitgiftemedewerker zorg je ervoor dat bloedproducten op tijd en op de juiste manier worden verzonden naar ziekenhuizen en andere zorginstellingen. Je verwerkt bestellingen, maakt zendingen klaar voor transport en zorgt voor een goede overdracht aan chauffeurs. Dit werk moet heel nauwkeurig en correct gedaan worden volgens strenge regels. Daarnaast verricht je lichte administratieve werkzaamheden, maak je verpakkingsmaterialen gereed en houd je de werkplek schoon en overzichtelijk. Je werkt in een wisselend rooster met dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je flexibel inzetbaar bent. Een avonddienst kan bijvoorbeeld plaatsvinden van 13:30 tot 22:00 uur. Je draait ook één keer per maand mee op zaterdag en zondag. Je werkt dan twee dagen in de dagdienst (08:00 tot 16:30) of nachtdienst (16:30 tot 08:00). De nachtdienst in het weekend is een slaapdienst. Het is belangrijk dat je flexibel inzetbaar bent en beschikbaar bent op alle werkdagen en werktijden binnen het rooster. Zo help je ervoor te zorgen dat Sanquin op ieder moment bloedproducten kan verzenden, ook wanneer er sprake is van spoedaanvragen.
