Logistiek medewerker Als magazijnmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de goederenstroom binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen op de juiste manier worden ontvangen, gecontroleerd, opgeslagen en klaargemaakt voor verzending. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een efficiënt productieproces. Jouw werkzaamheden Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je bezig met zowel inkomende als uitgaande goederen en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief en logistiek goed wordt afgehandeld. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het ontvangen en controleren van binnenkomende materialen en producten, waarbij je let op onder andere aantallen, kwaliteit, kleur en eventuele beschadigingen. - Het zorgvuldig verpakken en gereedmaken van orders voor verzending. - Het verwerken van goederenbewegingen en andere relevante gegevens in het ERP-systeem (MKG). - Het bijhouden en organiseren van de voorraad met behulp van een geautomatiseerd Kardex-opslagsysteem. - Het intern verplaatsen van materialen met de heftruck. - Het voorbereiden en coördineren van transporten. Een groot deel van onze leveringen verzorgen we zelf, verspreid over twee momenten per dag. Wie ben jij? We zoeken iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, overzicht houdt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn of haar werkzaamheden. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende: - Je werkt graag samen en bent een betrouwbare collega. - Je kunt prima zelfstandig aan de slag, maar weet ook wanneer afstemming met anderen nodig is. - Je bent praktisch ingesteld, denkt in oplossingen en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan. - Je communiceert duidelijk en prettig met collega's en andere betrokkenen. - Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een voordeel. Kennis van MKG is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Belangrijker vinden we dat je handig bent met systemen en nieuwe werkwijzen snel eigen maakt.
