En denk je graag mee over het slimmer inrichten van logistieke processen? Jouw aandeel in de bouw van een Feadship Bij Royal van Lent Shipyards op de Kaag bouwen we unieke superjachten van 70 tot 100 meter. Van begin tot eind exact zoals de klant wenst. Deze jachten vallen op door innovatie, schoonheid en betrouwbaarheid. Als Logistiek Medewerker Productie ben je een onmisbare schakel in het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat binnenkomende materialen, onderdelen en goederen voor de afdeling Constructie op de juiste manier binnenkomen. Je controleert, verwerkt en verdeelt alles zorgvuldig. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de dagelijkse operatie. Je signaleert knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en draagt actief bij aan betere logistieke processen. Binnen de afdeling Constructie krijg je een zelfstandige rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt elke dag aan de logistieke ondersteuning van het productieproces. Zo heb je direct invloed op kwaliteit, voortgang en efficiëntie. Omdat je dicht op de operatie zit, kun je echt het verschil maken. Zo verbeter je stap voor stap de werkprocessen. We zoeken daarom niet alleen iemand die zorgt dat alles goed verloopt. We zoeken ook iemand die meedenkt over de toekomst van de afdeling. Je ziet kansen voor procesverbetering, meer structuur en automatisering. Je wilt daar actief aan meewerken en echt verschil maken.
