BACU is een solide familiebedrijf dat sinds 1903 is uitgegroeid tot één van de modernste industriële brood- en banketbakkerijen van Nederland. Ruim 900 mensen met passie voor het bakkers-vak, die houden van de heerlijke geuren, die uit onze ovens komen. Nuchtere mensen die met opgestroopte mouwen de enorme klus om honderden Jumbo supermarkten en HEMA winkels te bevoorraden iedere dag weer klaren. Wij doen dit alles vanuit een viertal belangrijke kernwaarden: Bekwaam, Actief, Krachtig en Toegewijd! Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces rondom onze grondstoffen. Je zorgt dat de grondstoffen op de juiste plek in het magazijn worden opgeslagen, uiteraard volgens de geldende FIFO-richtlijnen en met aandacht voor hygiëne en temperatuur. Je levert de benodigde grondstoffen aan bij de productieafdelingen, precies volgens planning. Daarbij houd je de voorraad goed in de gaten en registreer je alle mutaties zorgvuldig in het systeem. Tekorten signaleer je op tijd, zodat het proces nooit stil komt te liggen. Je zorgt bovendien voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving en werkt nauw samen met collega's van inkoop, productie en de kwaliteitsdienst om alles soepel te laten verlopen. Daarom vinden wij het belangrijk om jou te faciliteren in goede arbeidsvoorwaarden: - Een goed salaris, tussen €2.300,- en €2700,- per 4 weken op fulltime basis (38u).
