The posting

Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de eventsector in de regio van Dessel zoeken we een logistiek medewerker die mee de logistieke voorbereiding van evenementen en bedrijfsfeesten in goede banen leidt.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat materialen, cateringunits en stock op het juiste moment klaarstaan voor vertrek én na afloop opnieuw correct verwerkt worden. Je werkt mee achter de schermen van evenementen die plaatsvinden over heel België en maakt deel uit van een team dat al tientallen jaren actief is in eventlogistiek, catering en totaalconcepten voor zowel bedrijven als grote publieksevenementen.

Takenpakket

  • Laden en lossen van cateringunits, materialen en voertuigen
  • Klaarzetten van materiaal voor evenementen en bedrijfsfeesten
  • Ontvangen, controleren en terug op stock plaatsen van materiaal na evenementen
  • Mee instaan voor een overzichtelijk en correct stockbeheer
  • Controleren of materialen volledig, proper en gebruiksklaar zijn
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de logistieke planning correct uit te voeren
  • Indien gewenst, op termijn ook mee ondersteunen bij logistieke opdrachten op locatie

De functie wordt vandaag voltijds ingevuld, maar door de seizoensgebonden werking zijn de werkuren variabel. Tijdens drukke periodes wordt extra flexibiliteit verwacht, terwijl rustigere periodes ook voorkomen.

Must-haves

  • Een eerste ervaring binnen logistiek, magazijnwerk of de evenementensector
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en voelt je thuis in een logistieke werkomgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat materialen correct worden klaargezet en verwerkt
  • Nederlands is je dagelijkse voertaal
  • Je bent bereid om volgens een variabel uurrooster te werken, afhankelijk van de evenementenplanning

Nice-to-haves

  • Een rijbewijs BE
  • Een heftruckattest of ervaring met een heftruck
  • Je kan je behelpen in het Engels
