Naast je vaste logistieke werkzaamheden stuur je een team van ongeveer 15 collega's aan. Je kunt fulltime aan de slag in dagdiensten, verdient tot € 19,84 bruto per uur en kijk uit naar een vast contract! Over de functieAls Logistiek Medewerker ben je vooral actief op de werkvloer. Je werkt mee met het orderpicken, laden en lossen en helpt jouw collega's waar nodig. Wanneer de teamcoördinator er niet is, neem jij de leiding over. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen en motiveren van een team van 12 tot 15 medewerkers; - Nieuwe collega's begeleiden en inwerken; - Zelf meewerken met orderpicken, laden en lossen; - Bewaken van de planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit; - Administratieve werkzaamheden en planning wanneer de teamcoördinator afwezig is.

Je werkt maandag t/m vrijdag van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur. Je bent daarnaast flexibel om af en toe op zaterdag te werken. Wat wij bieden- Als Logistiek Medewerker verdien je een bruto uurloon van € 15,87 tot € 19,84; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld per jaar; - Een koudetoeslag die kan oplopen tot € 1,30 bruto per uur; - € 0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer vanaf 10 kilometer enkele reis; - Een afwisselende functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid; - Een actieve functie waarin je veel in beweging bent; - Werken in een gezellig en betrokken team.

Wat wij vragen- Je hebt werkervaring als Logistiek Medewerker en bij voorkeur ervaring met het aansturen van collega's; - Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels; - Je vindt het niet erg om in een gekoelde omgeving te werken; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.
