Achter elke succesvolle werf staat een ijzersterke organisatie. Voor een toonaangevend en dynamisch bedrijf in de regio Geel zoeken wij een Logistiek Medewerker die de touwtjes stevig in handen houdt.

??? Jouw dag als Logistiek Medewerker

  • Planning & Transport: Je puzzelt de dagelijkse transportplanning in elkaar. Je stemt prioriteiten af met de Logistiek Manager en schakelt razendsnel bij onverwachte situaties of dringende aanvragen.
  • Operationele aansturing: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de eigen chauffeurs en externe transportpartners. Je stuurt hen dagelijks aan en waakt over een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van de ritten.
  • Interne samenwerking: Je zit regelmatig samen met productieleiders, werfleiders en het magazijn om de logistieke noden af te stemmen. Je denkt proactief mee over hoe processen nóg beter kunnen.
  • Administratie & Materieelbeheer: Je verwerkt de logistieke administratie nauwkeurig, maakt bestelbonnen op en registreert alle gegevens in de systemen. Daarnaast beheer je de digitale platformen voor de opvolging en retour van het logistieke materieel.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een Bacheloropleiding voltooid in een logistieke, technische of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Je hebt al een eerste relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, planning of transportcoördinatie op zak.
  • Je krijgt energie van materiaalstromen en houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en stemt moeiteloos af met chauffeurs, werfleiders en externe partners.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag ownership over je taken.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en kunt je daarnaast vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
