The posting

Voor onze klant te Jette zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Goederenontvangst. Als Medewerker Goederenontvangst ben jij het eerste controlepunt voor alle inkomende goederen in het voedingsbedrijf. Jij zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen en overige producten correct worden ontvangen, gecontroleerd én geregistreerd volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen (HACCP, FSSC 22000).

Je werkt nauw samen met kwaliteitsdienst, productie, aankoop en magazijn om een efficiënte en foutloze goederenstroom te garanderen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn draag je bij aan een veilige en vlotte werking binnen het bedrijf.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden :

1. Goederenontvangst

  • Ontvangen van inkomende leveringen van transporteurs en leveranciers.
  • Controleren van zendingen op juistheid, hoeveelheid, kwaliteit en eventuele schade.
  • Afwijkingen of schade melden aan de kwaliteitsdienst of leidinggevende.
  • Controleren van begeleidende documenten (pakbon, vrachtbrief, leveringsbon, CMR...).

2. Administratieve verwerking

  • Registreren van inkomende goederen in het ERP- of WMS-systeem.
  • Labelen of coderen van goederen waar nodig.
  • Correct archiveren van documenten en registreren van afwijkingen.

3. Opslag en interne logistiek

  • Verplaatsen van goederen naar de correcte opslaglocatie.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke, veilige en hygiënische opslag.
  • Werken volgens FIFO/FEFO en voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen.

4. Communicatie & samenwerking

  • Nauw samenwerken met expeditie, productie, voorraadbeheer en inkoop.
  • Ondersteunen bij inventarisaties en voorraadcontroles.
  • Communiceren met chauffeurs, leveranciers en interne diensten.
  • Bijdragen aan een nette, veilige laad- en losomgeving.

Jouw profiel :

Opleiding & ervaring :

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een logistieke of magazijnfunctie, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Kennis van voedselveiligheidsnormen (HACCP, traceerbaarheid, temperatuur controle).

Vaardigheden :

  • Basiskennis van ERP/voorraadbeheersystemen.
  • Het bezitten van een heftruckattest is een voordeel.
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en verantwoordelijk.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands & Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
