Logo Royal SensRotterdam Royal Sens, opgericht in 1896 met ruim 200 collega's, is een toonaangevende producent van hoogwaardige etiketten voor onder meer de voedingsmiddelen- en drankenindustrie. Wij drukken dagelijks miljoenen etiketten die vervolgens in de nabewerking op maat gesneden en verpakt worden voor onze klanten. Met 4 vestigingen in 3 landen zijn wij uitgegroeid tot een internationaal vertrouwde naam in de verpakkingsindustrie. Wat ga je doen? Zonder inkt geen etiket. Als Medewerker Inkt- en Voorraadbeheer zorg jij ervoor dat onze drukkers altijd met de juiste inkt en hulpstoffen aan de slag kunnen. Je valt onder de afdeling logistiek, maar je werk speelt zich vooral intern af, dicht bij de productie. Een groot deel van de functie is administratief, maar je bent ook regelmatig zelf praktisch aan het werk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - het bijhouden van de voorraad inkt en andere (chemische) stoffen, zowel in de opslag als in het systeem; - het controleren van binnenkomende inkt en stoffen op juistheid, houdbaarheid en kwaliteit; - het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de voorraad, bijvoorbeeld door houdbaarheidsdata en opslagcondities te controleren; - het klaarzetten van de juiste inkt en stoffen per werkorder, zodat de drukpersen op tijd kunnen draaien; - het tijdig signaleren wanneer de voorraad aangevuld moet worden; - het zorgen voor een schone, veilige en overzichtelijke opslag, volgens de voorschriften voor het werken met (gevaarlijke) stoffen. Je werkt in dagdienst bij Royal Sens Rotterdam. De functie is ook fysiek: je tilt en verplaatst regelmatig emmers, blikken en vaten. Wat verwachten we van je?
