Verleg grenzen als logistiek medewerker in het operatiekwartier

Logistieke medewerkers vormen een belangrijke schakel in deze zorg door het ondersteunen van verpleegkundigen. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar vaste logistiek medewerkers binnen de operatiekwartieren die interesse hebben in een takenpakket dat voornamelijk bestaat uit materiaalzorg. In deze functie is er geen patiëntencontact.

Het betreft een contract van onbepaalde duur aan een tewerkstellingspercentage van 80 - 100%.

Hoe verleg je grenzen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvullen van de decentrale bergingen en het stockbeheer.
  • Je fungeert als bode voor het ophalen en wegbrengen van bloed- en weefselstalen en medische materialen.
  • Je voert controles uit op verbruiksmaterialen en toestellen, volgens de richtlijnen van ziekenhuishygiëne.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning naar de verpleging toe.
  • Je staat in voor een aantal uitvoerende administratieve taken en telefonie.

Wat heb je daarvoor nodig?

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs (ASO, TSO, BSO 7de jaar).
  • Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een attest logistiek assistent. Indien je dit attest nog niet hebt behaald, kan je wel starten als logistiek assistent in een tijdelijke functie. Om over te gaan naar een contract van onbepaalde duur, is het een voorwaarde om binnen het eerste jaar te slagen op het EVC (Eerder Verworven Competenties) assessment bij een erkend testcentrum waarmee je het attest van logistiek assistent behaalt. Deze opleiding wordt aangeboden door UZ Leuven en is te volgen tijdens de tewerkstelling.
  • Je bent bereid in shiften te werken (tussen 6u45 en 21u).
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in het weekend (maximum 1 weekend per maand) en op feestdagen.
  • Je bent bereid om enkele nachtseries per jaar te werken (in onderling akkoord wordt bepaald wanneer deze doorgaan).
  • Je kan vlot met een PC overweg en je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt teamgericht en bent stressbestendig.
  • Je hebt zin voor initiatief en je werkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, planmatig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
