€ 2800 Nieuwegein MBO Finance & Operations Wat ga je doen als Logistiek Medewerker Retouren? Houd jij van aanpakken, werk je graag met je handen, wil je dat afwisselen met administratief werk én zorg jij dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt? Dan is dit jouw plek. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat retourgestuurde producten netjes en correct worden verwerkt. Van het moment dat een pakket binnenkomt tot het moment dat het weer klaarstaat voor verzending of terug in het magazijn ligt jij regelt het. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen verwerken. Jij bent namelijk ook degene die bepaalt wat er met een retour gebeurt en zorgt dat het goed wordt opgelost. Je: - Neemt retourzendingen aan en controleert ze zorgvuldig; - Pakt producten uit en beoordeelt de staat; - Verwerkt alles netjes in het systeem; - Bepaalt of een product binnen de garantie valt; - Coördineert het reparatieproces met leveranciers wanneer dat nodig is; - Schakelt met de grote hardwarefabrikanten voor afhandeling; - Houdt contact met klanten over de voortgang en zorgt voor een goede oplossing; - Zorgt dat producten opnieuw verpakt en verzendklaar zijn óf weer op de juiste plek in het magazijn komen. Of het nu gaat om een verkeerde levering of een defect product: jij pakt het op en zorgt dat het opgelost wordt. Je bent daarin de schakel tussen klant, leverancier en het magazijn. Je werkt zelfstandig en houdt overzicht, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat alles soepel loopt. Waarom dit werk leuk is Omdat je écht bezig bent.
