WerkTalent Logistiek Medewerker Staal | 4 dagen werken in dagdienst | Tot €3.300 Oosterhout Je komt terecht bij een grote internationale leverancier van stalen platen in Oosterhout. Vanuit een ruime locatie worden dagelijks klanten door heel Europa beleverd. Ondanks de grootte van het bedrijf is de sfeer op de werkvloer nuchter en persoonlijk. Collega's helpen elkaar, er wordt hard gewerkt maar ook gelachen en veel medewerkers werken hier al jarenlang. Ook is er een goede bedrijfskantine waar je tijdens je pauze terechtkunt voor warme en koude maaltijden. Functieomschrijving Je gaat werken in een groot staalmagazijn in Oosterhout. Hier liggen enorme stalen platen en profielen die met bovenloopkranen, machines en ander materieel worden verplaatst en bewerkt. Het mooie aan deze functie is dat je niet de hele dag hetzelfde doet. Je begint met de werkzaamheden die bij jou passen en leert vervolgens steeds meer. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en schepen - Orders verzamelen en verzendklaar maken - Werken met grote stalen platen en profielen - Bedienen van een bovenloopkraan zodra je hiervoor bent opgeleid - Ondersteunen van collega's in het magazijn - Bedienen van verschillende productiemachines - Controleren of orders compleet en correct zijn Nog nooit met een bovenloopkraan gewerkt? Geen probleem. Je wordt intern begeleid en leert stap voor stap hoe je veilig met het materiaal en de machines werkt. Je werkt 39 uur per week. Dit kun je verdelen over 4 werkdagen, waardoor je iedere week een extra vrije dag hebt. Werk je liever vijf kortere dagen? Ook dat is mogelijk.
