The posting

Als logistiek medewerker sta je in voor het beheer van één of meerdere magazijnen. Je bestelt artikelen voor het aanvullen van de stock en je helpt met het opmaken van leningdossiers van het personeel. Je zorgt voor de ontvangst en verdeling van divers materiaal.

Takenpakket:

  • Beheren van één of meerdere magazijnen (geautomatiseerd beheer).
  • Uitgeven en ontvangen van trainingsmateriaal.
  • Bestellen van artikelen voor aanvulling van de stock.
  • Opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande transacties.
  • Opmaken van leningsdossiers van het personeel.
  • Opstellen van specifieke documenten bij verlies of beschadiging van materiaal.
  • Registreren van alle transacties in het intern informatica programma (ILIAS).
  • Ondersteunen van de techniekers en magazijniers in hun bezigheden.
  • Onderhouden van het gebruikte materiaal en gereedschap.
  • Uitvoeren van algemene logistieke taken ter ondersteuning van een dienst of persoon.
  • Je hebt voldaan aan de leerplicht en je hebt de ouderdom van 25 jaar nog niet bereikt op het moment van aanwerving.
  • Je kan zowel in team als op zelfstandige basis werken.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Je bent bereid te werken met het intern informatica programma (ILIAS) en hiervoor een kleine opleiding te volgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en laat je werkplek (atelier) altijd netjes achter.

Als je geslaagd bent voor deze selectie, moet je op de aanstellingsdatum:

  • Belg zijn of de nationaliteit hebben van een lidstaat van de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER) of van de Zwitserse Bondsstaat.
  • De burgerlijke en politieke rechten genieten.
  • Een gedrag hebben dat in overstemming is met de eisen van de beoogde betrekking.
