The posting

Graag logistiek werk met wat meer verantwoordelijkheid dan alleen pallets verplaatsen? Als logistiek medewerker combineer je orderpicking, heftruck en reachtruckwerk, goederenontvangst, voorraadbeheer en een stukje administratie. Je werkt in een industriële voedingsomgeving en komt daarbij ook regelmatig in de diepvries.

Wat ga je doen?

Je volgt de goederenstroom mee op van ontvangst tot verzending. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar hebt veel contact met de magazijnverantwoordelijke en collega's van logistiek en productie.

• Je pickt orders en maakt pallets klaar voor verzending

• Je laadt goederen in vrachtwagens en containers

• Je verplaatst inkomende en afgewerkte goederen met heftruck en reachtruck

• Je controleert leveringen aan de hand van de vrachtbrief

• Je controleert aantallen en de zichtbare staat van ontvangen goederen

• Je registreert goederen correct zodat de traceerbaarheid gegarandeerd blijft

• Je organiseert verpakking en etikettering van producten

• Je verwerkt logistieke gegevens en orders administratief

• Je telt voorraden en vergelijkt de werkelijke stock met de administratieve voorraad

• Je onderzoekt waar mogelijk voorraadverschillen en rapporteert deze

• Je maakt stalenpakketten klaar voor verzending binnen Europa

• Je houdt het magazijn overzichtelijk en zorgt mee voor het basisonderhoud van het rijdend materiaal

Je werkt volgens de geldende HACCP en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Een deel van de goederen bevindt zich in een diepvriesomgeving tussen min 18 en min 21 graden. Je bent daar niet noodzakelijk je volledige werkdag, maar moet er wel regelmatig kunnen werken.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je kunt met een heftruck en reachtruck werken

• Je werkt nauwkeurig bij ontvangsten, voorraadcontroles en registraties

• Je hebt een basiskennis van computergebruik en administratieve verwerking

• Kennis van Excel is een plus

• Ervaring met een WMS of ERP systeem is mooi meegenomen

• Je kunt verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en collega's waar nodig mee richting geven

• Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt goed samen

• Je kunt de fysieke taken van een magazijnfunctie veilig uitvoeren

• Regelmatig werken bij temperaturen tussen min 18 en min 21 graden is voor jou haalbaar
