Klantenservice Werk jij straks in het modernste logistieke pand langs de A2 bij Maastricht-Airport? Toolnation is dé webshop voor professioneel gereedschap. In ons moderne magazijn zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat bestellingen snel, netjes en foutloos bij de klant komen. Wie zijn wij? Toolnation levert al meer dan 40 jaar professioneel gereedschap en machines aan vakmensen in binnen- en buitenland. Ons magazijn is het hart van de webshop: iedere online bestelling moet op tijd en correct de deur uit. Wij werken met slimme systemen, duidelijke afspraken en een team dat voor elkaar klaarstaat. Veilig werken is daarbij net zo belangrijk als tempo maken en kwaliteit leveren. Jouw werkdag Je werkt van 08.00 tot 17.00 uur, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je werkt dus in dagdienst, in een magazijn waar het tempo er goed in zit en geen dag hetzelfde is. Je dag bestaat uit: - Inkomende goederen ontvangen, controleren en inboeken in de voorraad. - Goederen op de juiste plek zetten in het magazijn. - Orders picken, verpakken en verzendklaar maken. - Retouren verwerken en zorgen dat voorraad en systeem kloppen. - Werken volgens duidelijke veiligheidsregels. - Meedenken over hoe het werk slimmer en beter kan. In drukke periodes voeren jij en je collega's samen het tempo op en gaat de muziek in het magazijn een tandje harder. Zo houden wij bij Toolnation de energie erin en zorgen wij er samen voor dat alle orders op tijd naar onze klanten worden verzonden. Dit ben jij - Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands, zodat je instructies en veiligheidsregels goed kunt volgen. - Je vindt het geen probleem om in drukke periodes extra uren te maken en daarmee extra te verdienen. - Je werkt graag samen en helpt collega's waar nodig. - Je bent leergierig en wilt alle werkzaamheden in het magazijn leren. - Je werkt netjes, denkt aan veiligheid en begrijpt dat klanttevredenheid voor ons op nummer één staat. - Je zoekt een stabiele werkgever voor de l...
