Bij Wit-Gele Kruis Oost-Vlaanderen kom je terecht in een warme en dynamische organisatie met een belangrijke maatschappelijke opdracht. Voor ons centraal materiaalbeheer (CMB) zoeken we een logistiek ondersteuner allround die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en logistieke en uitvoerende administratieve taken combineert.

Ben jij de logistieke held die wij zoeken? Als logistiek ondersteuner allround ben je een belangrijke schakel in onze logistieke werking. Je zorgt mee voor een efficiënte en nauwkeurige uitvoering van uiteenlopende logistieke activiteiten: van het ontvangen en registreren van goederen en het klaarmaken van bestellingen, het onderhouden, controleren en transporteren van voertuigen tot het controleren en transporteren van bestellingen en divers materiaal.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, brengt structuur in je werk en schakelt vlot wanneer de planning of prioriteiten veranderen. Daarnaast kijk je kritisch naar bestaande werkwijzen. Merk je een inefficiëntie op, dan signaleer je die en denk je mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.

Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit het logistiek centrum te Merelbeke en bent bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen binnen Oost-Vlaanderen.

Wat ga je doen? Je ontvangt en registreert goederen, voert de nodige kwaliteits- en administratieve controles uit en zorgt voor een correcte opslag.

  • Je verzamelt en maakt bestellingen nauwkeurig klaar zodat leveringen correct en tijdig kunnen gebeuren.
  • Je kijkt voertuigen technisch na, maakt ze klaar, poetst ze en zorgt waar nodig voor het transport ervan.
  • Je slaat goederen fysiek op, onderhoudt en verplaatst ze binnen en buiten het magazijn.
  • Je voert indien nodig een distributieronde uit ter vervanging van een collega.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opbouw van evenementen en andere logistieke activiteiten.
  • Je neemt uitvoerende administratieve taken op.
  • Je signaleert inefficiënties in logistieke processen en denkt mee over concrete verbeteringen.
  • Je ondersteunt de teamlead en werkt nauw samen met collega's en andere diensten om een vlotte logistieke en administratieve werking te verzekeren.

PROFIEL

  • Deze functie kadert binnen het jongerenbanenplan. Om in aanmerking te komen, beschik je maximaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs, ben je niet meer leerplichtig en ben je jonger dan 30 jaar.
  • Eerdere administratieve werkervaring is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer en hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel en Outlook).
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. Je controleert je eigen werk en merkt fouten of onnauwkeurigheden op.
  • Je kunt je eigen werk plannen, prioriteiten bepalen en opdrachten tijdig afwerken.
  • Je bent flexibel en past je aanpak, planning en werktempo aan wanneer de situatie dat vereist.
  • Ook tijdens drukkere momenten blijf je rustig en doelgericht werken.
  • Je neemt initiatief, signaleert problemen en denkt mee over mogelijke oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om onder meer goederen te tillen en te verplaatsen en voertuigen te poetsen.
  • Eigenaarschap, klantgerichtheid, samenwerken en betrouwbaarheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend in je werk.
