Voor een logistieke organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven manager die de dagelijkse werking in goede banen leidt en mee bouwt aan een efficiënte, veilige en resultaatgerichte operatie.

Jouw uitdaging:

Als Operationeel Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de operationele activiteiten op de site. Je vormt de brug tussen het management en de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat strategische doelstellingen worden vertaald naar concrete resultaten.

Door jouw leiderschap, analytisch vermogen en hands-on mentaliteit weet je medewerkers te motiveren, processen te verbeteren en de operationele prestaties naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leidinggeven aan de dagelijkse operationele werking.
  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van teamleiders en medewerkers.
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van bestaande processen.
  • Waken over efficiëntie, kwaliteit, productiviteit en kostenbeheersing.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van personeels- en capaciteitsplanningen.
  • Monitoren van KPI's en rapporteren aan het management.
  • Mee beheren van het operationele budget.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en bedrijfsrichtlijnen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een positieve en prestatiegerichte bedrijfscultuur.
  • Implementeren van verbeterprojecten en veranderingsprocessen.

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende operationele functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en continuous improvement.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht.
  • Je combineert een resultaatgerichte aanpak met een mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, proactief en stressbestendig.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
