Wij zijn op zoek naar een goede Logistiek Operator die affiniteit heeft met de chemische industrie! €4400 Per maand Zwijndrecht Zuid-Holland MBO 2 ploegen Detavast Functie omschrijving Als Logistiek Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel en nauwkeurig uitvoeren van diverse processen binnen de blending- en fillingafdelingen. Op de blendinglijn zorg je ervoor dat producten vanuit opslagtanks veilig en efficiënt worden overgepompt naar tankwagens of mengketels in de formuleerzone. Hierbij combineer je verschillende opgeslagen chemicaliën tot het gewenste eindproduct. Deze werkzaamheden zijn vergelijkbaar met het werk op het filling station, met als belangrijk verschil dat je op de blendinglijn verantwoordelijk bent voor het mengen van chemicaliën. Op de afdeling Filling focus je op het lossen van tankwagens en het afvullen van producten uit opslagtanks in verschillende verpakkingen, zoals IBC's, drums, vaten of andere klein verpakkingen. Om je werkzaamheden goed uit te voeren, voer je ook taken uit zoals: - Het piggen (schoonmaken) van leidingsystemen. - Het berekenen van de refractie-index voor kwaliteitscontrole. - Het werken met stikstofsystemen. In het warehouse ondersteun je bij verschillende logistieke activiteiten, waaronder orderpicken en het organiseren van intern transport. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het verplaatsen van tankwagens naar diverse locaties, zowel binnen het bedrijf als bij andere bedrijven. In deze functie werk je een in 2-ploegendienst (06:00-14:30 & 14:30-23:00) waarbij je elke weekend vrij bent, en word je opgeleid tot een volwaardig zelfstandig operator op een viertal afdelingen van de organisatie namelijk: Blending, Filling, Bulkverlading en Warehouse.
