Kom werken als Logistiek Operator bij ForFarmers in Zwolle! Als Procesoperator Kade ga je aan de slag op onze productielocatie in Zwolle, waar we jaarlijks circa 450.000 ton krachtvoer produceren voor herkauwers en schapen. Jij speelt een cruciale rol in de aanvoer van grondstoffen via het water door middel van kraan- en/of bobcatwerkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen als Logistiek Operator? Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal lossen van grondstoffen uit schepen. Je zorgt dat het proces veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je werkt met groot materieel op een unieke werkplek aan het water. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en hebt een fraai uitzicht vanaf de kade. Daarnaast: - Bedien en controleer je de kraan en bobcat tijdens het lossen van schepen - Voer je standaardcontroles uit vóór ingebruikname van het materieel - Verzorg je gebruikersonderhoud en los je kleine storingen zelfstandig op - Werk je nauw samen met je team om het losproces continu te verbeteren - Lever je actief een bijdrage aan veilig werken en continuous improvement Dit krijg jij - Salaris volgens Graan cao: € 2.910 - € 3.371 bruto per maand (excl. toeslagen), afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding. - 2-ploegentoeslag van 15% boven op je basissalaris (38 uur per week / 2-ploegendienst). - 8% vakantiegeld, 4% eindeja...
