Dit ga je doen Als Logistiek Operator maak je onderdeel uit van de logistieke afdeling en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het rewinden en herbewerken van producten volgens de kwaliteitseisen van de klant. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en de producten perfect worden afgewerkt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, instellen en bijstellen van de rewindmachine; - Opzoeken van rol- en verpakkingsspecificaties in het kwaliteitssysteem; - Inhangen van rollen met behulp van een hijsinstallatie; - Oplossen van kleine storingen en schakelen met de technische dienst bij grotere storingen; - Controleren en beoordelen van materiaal en proceskwaliteit; - Uitvoeren van visuele kwaliteitscontroles; - Uit- en verpakken en repacken van rollen; - Verplaatsen van rollen en restmateriaal met hef- of reachtruck; - Scannen van pallets in het WMS-systeem; - Lossen van grondstoffen zoals resin en plasticizer; - Zorgdragen voor correcte afvalverwerking en registratie van productiegegevens; - Werken volgens de 5S-principes voor orde en netheid. Dit krijg je - Een uitdagende functie binnen een moderne productieomgeving; - Werken in een hecht team binnen een 5-ploegendienst; - Salaris vanaf €3700,- - Mogelijkheden om certificaten te behalen; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Ruimte voor ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
