Als Logistiek Planner zorg jij voor overzicht, structuur en een soepel verloop van de werkzaamheden in het warehouse. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je start met het controleren van zendingen die klaarstaan voor ophalende chauffeurs: kloppen de referentienummers, staat de juiste zending gereed? Vervolgens maak je een laadplan en stem je met de warehousemedewerkers af welke vrachtwagen geladen moet worden, terwijl jij zorgt dat alle laad- en transportdocumenten in orde zijn. Gedurende de dag verwerk je nieuwe klantorders in het systeem en bepaal je de prioriteiten voor de komende dagen. Ondertussen beantwoord je telefoontjes en e-mails van klanten, help je chauffeurs bij het laden en lossen, en sta je collega's te woord voor hun volgende opdracht. Samen met je collega-planners zorg je iedere dag weer voor een slimme, efficiënte planning. Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van een dynamische omgeving. Plannen en organiseren gaan je van nature goed af en je schakelt moeiteloos met collega's, klanten en leveranciers. Loopt het anders dan gepland? Dan zoek je rustig naar een oplossing in plaats van in de stress te schieten. Je weet dat een goede planning niet alleen achter een scherm ontstaat, dus je bent ook regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden om af te stemmen met de mensen die het werk uitvoeren.
